Leadership

RINA DESAI, PRINCIPAL / OWNER

Rina is a Principal / Owner at Trifactor focused on enterprise clients and large scale technology deployments. She has a broad financial background with a focus on analytical solutions.  Rina has extensive experience in SAP functional support, process improvement, consulting, and leading deployment teams. Prior to founding Trifactor, she was an SAP Senior Process Analyst at AmeriGas.  She has also worked at Tata Consulting Services and SMART Business Consulting. She hold an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelors in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

STACEY BARRY, PRINCIPAL / OWNER

Stacey is a Principal / Owner with Trifactor with over 15 years of consulting experience implementing BI and CRM solutions, transitioning companies from waterfall to agile development, leading Scrum teams, and business process re-engineering.  She has expertise in every phase of the System Development Lifecycle.  Stacey has led implementations of BI and CRM solutions as part of three large-scale transformations using both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Prior to founding Trifactor, she was a Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services and a Senior Analyst at BearingPoint. Stacey holds an MBA from University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business MBA and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
